Stretching Superman — technique exercises:

  1. Lie on the floor or on a gym Mat face down. Arms fully extend in front of him. This will be your initial position.
  2. Simultaneously raise your arms, legs and lift the chest off the floor, as shown in the figure. Hold this position for a few seconds. Tip: to maximize stretch, tighten your lower back. During this movement need to take a breath.
  3. On the inhale slowly lower arms, legs and chest, returning to starting position.
  4. Complete the required number of repetitions.

Variations: you can also perform this exercise by alternately raising one arm and leg then with the left, then the right side.
