Method of preparation

Minced meat is placed in the middle of them, the opposite edges of the cake are connected and clamped. For pies in the shape of a triangle, square pieces are cut from the rolled dough. The surface of the pieces is smeared with melange, and minced meat is put in the middle of them. A piece of dough is folded in half obliquely, closing the minced meat so that the opposite corners coincide. The edges of the dough are pressed. The formed pies are laid in rows on a sheet at a distance of 2-3 cm from each other, greased with melange and immediately baked at a temperature of 240-250 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
