To calculate income, you need to add up all the funds received in the general budget over the last 3 months. These include the following receipts:

- Alimony for minor children.
- Income from deposits or fees.
First of all, divide the amount received by three, because you added up the income for 3 months. Next, the result is divided by the number of all members. Then compare the number with the living wage in your area, and if it is less then you are eligible for benefits.
You will be able to receive monthly allowance for children under 18 only after your family is classified as poor. To do this, visit the multifunctional center or social protection authorities. You must have the following with you:
- Original and copies of identity cards.
- Copies of work books.
- Certificate of family composition.
- Marriage and divorce certificate, if any.
- Copies of certificates confirming the right to housing and other valuable property.
- Bank statement of the applicant.
The decision to grant the status of the poor and the assignment of additional benefits will be made within 10 days.
Such payments are not included in the federal budget and are paid from the regional treasury.
