Method of preparation

Peel the zucchini, cut into circles, bread in flour, fry in a pan in oil, sprinkle with salt. Put the fried zucchini on a plate. Separately fry the chopped tomatoes in oil and pour over the zucchini. Recommended as a side dish for meat dishes.
