Yoga: a 15-minute daily program to keep fit

Unlike the gym, which aims for a purely physical goal, yoga favors a global approach, where body and mind strengthen and soothe each other through postures and breaths. An asset for us young mothers, who suffer the full brunt of fatigue, stress and a little softer figure after pregnancy, but who do not want to put pressure on us.

When to start and with what equipment?

As far as outfit and accessories are concerned, soft clothes, a small gym mat and a towel are enough. There is no specific time to do the postures. The main thing is to be perfectly calm and alone. In the evening, when the children are sleeping, or during their nap, we can give it a go!
