What kind of food should not be given to a child in school

What should not be given to the student with you, and what should be completely excluded from the children’s menu:

  • Sausage and butter sandwiches. Oil can leak, and there is a lot of fat in the sausage, and it does not differ in its usefulness.
  • Sweets. There’s nothing wrong with a piece of chocolate, but it’s better at home after school. Chocolate can melt, and sweets are exciting and require a burst of energy – it becomes difficult to sit still and concentrate.
  • Crackers – can scatter in a briefcase and leave greasy stains in notebooks.
  • Quickly perishable without a refrigerator yoghurts, kefirs. An under-screwed lid is a problem in the knapsack.
  • Chips, crackers – if not made at home, without oil and chemicals – are strictly prohibited for use by children.
  • Perishable cakes, pastries, with fatty butter cream, which can stain yourself and your neighbor, get poisoned – and still remain hungry.
