Two super-effective workout from Amy Dixon: for a lean and toned body

Program description Give Me 10 and Give Me 10 More

Burn fat, work out all the problem areas of the upper and lower body, give tone to the muscles with a great workout Give Me 10. Coach with years of experience have created a set of six 10-minute sessions, each of which has their target area. 1) Give Me 10 (2009) lasts 60 minutes and includes the following 10-minute segments:

You can do the whole video, and you can create your own workout from a short 10-minute segments. Classes are designed for strong intermediate level and above, but the load can always be alleviated by taking a little weight of dumbbells or performing exercises in a simplified variant.

For classes you will need dumbbells only. In the segment of KettleBell ToneUp , you can optionally use the weight, but one of the participants shows exercises with a dumbbell. For two of the segments from Give Me 10 More (Total Body Shred and Upper Body Sculpt) it is desirable to have two pairs of dumbbells of different weights. Both programs are similar in structure and have roughly the same difficulty level. The principal difference between classes only in the proposed set of exercises.

The pros and cons of the program

Pros:

1. Two good workouts for full body from Amy Dixon, will help you burn fat, tone the body and get rid of excess fat.

2. The program separated the individual segments in accordance with problem areas: upper body, lower body and abdomen.

3. Amy Dixon uses combined tasks where involved multiple muscles at the same time. This allows you to enhance fat burning during classes, to use all parts of the body and carry out the training as efficiently as possible. In addition, many of the exercises are quite original and interesting.

4. You can do an entire program (70 minutes), and can select individual segments at your discretion. You choose how much time will last your workout: 10 minute, or perhaps 30 minutes.

5. For the lessons, you will only need dumbbells. Only for individual segments Give Me 10 More desirable to have two pairs of dumbbells of different weights.

Cons:

1. There is no separate video workout. If you only perform separate 10-minute with free weights, it is better to warm up yourself.

2. In the program a lot of jumps, lunges, squats, so not suitable for people with injuries of knee joints.
