Tired of counting calories yourself? Instagram is in a hurry to help!

The famous “Fitness Chef” from Instagram Graham Tomlinson has already gained more than one hundred thousand subscribers on his account. How did he do it, you ask? It’s that simple! He posts pictures of food and writes how many calories it contains.

And every day Graham’s posts are becoming more and more popular. He and his educational publications are a godsend for those who want to come to a healthy lifestyle, but do not know how. In his blog, the chef shares not only dry facts – he tells how you can replace unhealthy foods with healthy ones and at the same time get more pleasure from lunch!

While many of us spend a lot of time in the fight for a healthy diet, counting calories and developing a plan for eating meat, Graham’s followers “come ready to eat” and follow his advice. As always, all ingenious is simple – now the chef is an Internet celebrity and has an additional (and quite good) source of income through the Internet, and his subscribers are almost a personal nutritionist.

Graham’s blog is educational, among other things. In it, he tells why it is better to cook food at home, what constitutes the calorie content of dishes and how to eat what you want, but at the same time not gain weight. The secret is simple – you need choose the right productsfrom which you will cook and calculate portions by grams… This approach to food, by the way, will not only help you stay in good physical shape, but also save money.

The most popular posts on Graham’s blog are the posts that homemade (and delicious) food is much less nutritious and unhealthy than food from the store. In addition, he talks about how deceiving product packaging can be and how what they sell to us labeled “healthy” and “natural” can have more caloriesthan the “unhealthy” alternative.

Graham motivates his followers to eat healthy. It clearly shows how many calories we actually consume during the day, when, for example, we drink sweet coffee, alcohol, juice. His photographs illustrate that drinking 2 liters of water a day is actually not so hard (we drink much more of all harmful substances), and that cooking at home is one of the main steps on the path to healthy food.
