The healthy brownie recipe to enjoy any time of the year

On February 14, many couples decided to go out to dinner, others to prepare a picnic and surely many enjoyed a romantic evening at home.

However, we also know that many couples did not celebrate it. For this reason, we have decided to bring to our blog, months later, the healthy brownie recipe that you should have prepared on Valentine’s Day, and with which you will enjoy both its preparation and its delicious flavor.

Moreover, best of all, this dessert has no sugar and is low in carbohydrates, so you won’t have to go for a run tomorrow to compensate. Of course, being healthy does not imply that you can eat a large amount or do it day in and day out as well. Making the latter clear, we go with the ingredients you need to make this brownie:

Ingredients to make the Healthy Bownie

  • 300 grams of beans cooked and drained. It can be from a boat, or cooked only with water)
  • 2 large eggs (63 to 73 gr)
  • 50 grams of water
  • 50 grams of pure cocoa powder. Failing that, 80% pure cocoa, but not less than this percentage
  • 40 grams of hazelnut butter
  • Vanilla extract. A few drops will be enough
  • Sal Island
  • 30 grams of erythritol
  • Liquid sucralose
  • 40 grams of roasted hazelnuts
  • 6 raspberries
  • Azucar glass

With these amounts, you can prepare 4 to 6 servings. And, in addition to the above ingredients, you will also need these two to decorate your recipe:

  • Dark chocolate to melt (as with pure cocoa powder, the higher the percentage of dark chocolate, the healthier this dessert will be)
  • Chocolate syrup. Although you can change it for another complement if you prefer.

Tip: in addition to the above ingredients, you should use some heart-shaped molds. Remember that we want it to serve as a Valentine’s Day recipe.

Making the Healthy Brownie

  1. The first thing you have to do is turn on the oven (at 200ºC with heat up and down) and prepare the molds that you are going to use (If food tends to stick in these molds, it is important that you grease them. If they are of quality, spreading a little butter will be enough).
  2. Prepared the mold, let’s go with the preparation of the dough: Add the beans (rinsed and drained), the eggs, the oat butter, the pure cocoa powder, the vanilla extract, a pinch of salt (without overdoing it. Remember that we want to prepare a healthy dessert), and the sweeteners you want.
  3. Once all these ingredients have been added to the bowl, crush them until you get a fine and homogeneous dough. And then add the chocolate chips and hazelnuts and mix them together.
  4. We are almost done: pour the dough into the molds (heart-shaped or similar) that you have prepared and, once it is well established, place them in the oven. If you have used individual molds, in about 12 minutes the brownie, surely, will prepared. Conversely, if you have used a large mold, you may have to wait until 18 minutes. And, if you take it out and see that the brownie is undercooked, put it in the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  5. Finally, unmold the brownie and prepare its final presentation: add some raspberries and decorate it with a little dark chocolate, pure cocoa powder or icing sugar.

And now, let’s enjoy! And remember that you can find many more recipes like this on our blog.
