Carob brownie

You will need:

  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 6 tablespoons of carob powder
  • ¼ teaspooné
  • ½ cup of sugar or 1 cup of sugar depending on your taste
  • ½ cup unsalted butteré
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup of pecans

Preparation

Program your oven for 180 degrees.

In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, coffee, carob powder, salt. Mix all these ingredients well.

In another bowl, combine the sugar and butter. Whisk them until they look very frothy. Add the eggs and vanilla. Beat again until a perfect incorporation.

Then add the other ingredients (flour, sugar, salt…). Beat until the ingredients are incorporated into the cream.

Melt a little butter to spread in the bottom of your mold.

Pour the resulting dough and put the mold in the oven.

For metal molds, put the oven at 180 for 25 minutes

For ice-cream mussels, 35 minutes would be perfect.
