The program consists of 5 videotronikwith which you’ll progress and improve your results:

  • Start It Up! (35 minutes): includes basic movements to burn calories and tone muscles.
  • Ramp It Up! (57 minutes): you will focus on maximum fat loss and volume reduction.
  • Burn It Up! (64 minutes): final exercise contributes to a qualitative restructuring of the body and create a neat shape.
  • Bonus – Slim & 6 Pack (16 min): exercise all the muscles of the abdomen.
  • Bonus – Slim & Limber (17 min): stretching and relaxing the muscles.

The first two weeks you perform Start It Up, the next two weeks Ramp It Up, the final two weeks – Burn It Up. Total program duration is 6 weeks or 1.5 months. For training you will need a Mat and dumbbells or a chest expander. Along with Debbie the exercises are demonstrated by two of her assistant: one shows the variant with dumbbells, the other with an expander. So you can choose the most suitable option for you.
