In addition to fighting free radicals, anthocyanins help to strengthen the immune system, vision, memory, and improve the functioning of the cardiovascular system.

Red cabbage contains vegetable protein, thanks to which amino acids are produced that have a beneficial effect on the functioning of the thyroid gland and kidneys. Red cabbage should be included in the diet of people suffering from diabetes and obesity, since it does not contain starch and sucrose.

Radish is a red vegetable, which contains fiber, pectin, mineral salts, iron, vitamins B1, B2, C. The benefits of radishes are that it increases appetite, accelerates metabolism, and is also indicated for diabetes.
