Program description Killer Arms and Back

Course Killer Arms and Back includes workouts three difficulty levels. Each workout lasts 30 minutes and consists of four segments. In each segment you will perform 5 exercises that are repeated in 2 laps. It is important to note that Jillian Michaels trains the muscles of triceps, biceps, shoulders, chest, back not in isolation, but engages the whole body. You will perform exercises that use your also thighs, buttocks and the press, so the workout is effective for all problem areas.
