The fourth edition of HIP already warms up to continue transforming and innovating in the hospitality sector

During the next days 24 to 26 February, Hospitality Innovation Planet – HIP celebrates its new edition in which the largest international trend laboratory for the hospitality sector is presented.

Madrid once again hosts a new sample of the gastronomic event, which, as in previous editions of the HIP fair, will take place at the fairgrounds in the capital of Spain, at IFEMA.

3 pavilions have been reserved for the occasion, occupying an area of ​​40.000m2, will house the stands of more than 500 exhibiting brands.

An essential framework for all players in the hospitality sector, to be able to update their knowledge and acquire first-hand ideas that will make them grow professionally in their hospitality businesses.

Hospitality 4.0 Congress

The international innovation congress for Horeca will seek within the framework of the Fair, to provide solutions to the great transformation that the sector is taking within this new century.

It will be structured around five development-related areas and trends in the sector such as:

  • F&B Innovation
  • Future
  • Operations and Experiences
  • Inspiration and Hotel Trends.

Through the well-known keynotes, debates and round tables, the Congress will help to contribute formulas to improve the Value proposition of Hospitality establishments, such as sustainability, excellence, differentiation, personalization, loyalty, profitability and scalability.

In this new edition of 2020, the Fedishoreca 2020 convention Spanish Federation of Distribution Companies to Hospitality and Cateringn.

Among the topics to be discussed are the complex urban distribution of merchandise, the use of reusable beverage containers, digital transformation, etc …

HIP’s approach to innovation and technology will be an interesting point of synergies for distributors and manufacturers, necessary actors so that the goods arrive in perfect condition at the establishments.
