If the condensed milk is candied

Reading time – 3 minutes.

Did you cook a lot of condensed milk, and over time it got sugar in the refrigerator? You can return the candied condensed milk to its original consistency by heating it in a water bath. To do this, take a pan with a double bottom and thick walls. It is better if it is made of food grade stainless steel. You can use a multicooker bowl. Pour water into the selected container, filling up to about a quarter of the volume. We put it on fire. We put a jar of condensed milk inside, preferably wrapping it in polyethylene so that the remnants of the glue do not stain the pan. Or you can pour the condensed milk into a small, smaller enamel bowl. In width, it should fit snugly on a large pan, and the bottom should be close to the water, but not touch it.

Put the candied condensed milk in a bowl and place the pots with boiling water on top. Do not forget to periodically stir the heating mass. Under the influence of high temperature from boiling water, sugar crystals in condensed milk will gradually dissolve. During warming up in a water bath, it acquires its previous appearance and is additionally sterilized.
