Anthill is one of the most popular homemade desserts. It is prepared quite simply – the quick dough is scrolled in a meat grinder and baked in the oven, and then mixed with boiled condensed milk, which slightly blots the dough. It turns out very tasty. It is only important to cook the condensed milk to the required thickness so that the cake does not fall apart, but turns out to be crunchy and juicy at the same time.

The principle of cooking is simple – condensed milk for an anthill should be so thick that even a spoon would stand in a warm one. If the spoon is not standing, the anthill will also not keep its shape and will be wet. Liquid boiled water is capable of dampening and slightly curling the cake. For a persistent Anthill, you need to cook condensed milk for 1,5-2 hours.

If for some reason you did not cook the condensed milk, you can always cook it or thicken it with other products.
