How to properly prepare a baking dish
 

To prevent the dough from sticking and rise well, the baking dish must also be prepared before placing it in the oven.

The first way is to line it with baking paper.

To do this, the form itself should be well greased with butter or moistened with water so that the paper sticks. In order to avoid wrinkles, it is advisable to cut the paper to the size of the bottom and a separate strip on the sides. For removable ones, this method is even preferable – you don’t have to tear the paper.

The second way is a French shirt.

 

It involves lubricating the entire form with butter, it is advisable to evenly distribute it with a brush. Then you need to pour a little flour on the bottom and distribute the flour over the entire surface by tapping. This method is suitable for a biscuit.

You can combine 2 methods – cover the bottom with paper, and coat the sides with oil.
