How to peel kiwi

Kiwi is used in salads, dressings, marinades, so sometimes it is not necessary to peel it in a single copy. How to remove the skin so as not to spoil the kiwi pulp?

With a serrated knife or vegetable knife

Hold the kiwi firmly in one hand, hold the knife with the other. Place the knife blade on top of the kiwi. Press on the fruit and slightly pick up the skin with a knife, remove the skin from yourself, moving from the bottom up. And so, remove the peel around the entire circle of the fruit.

With a spoon

Cut off the kiwi’s poles with a knife. Slip a spoon between the skin and the pulp of the fruit, press down on the skin and turn the kiwi, detaching the pulp with a spoon.

Boil the kiwi

Place the kiwi in a saucepan and cover completely with water. Boil water without kiwi, add fruits after boiling and boil them for 30 seconds. Take out the kiwi and rinse with cold water. When they cool down, the skin will easily lag behind the pulp.
