Cooking noodles with chicken is very simple: in fact, noodles are added to the boiled broth and cooked for a couple of minutes, until the noodles are tender. But there are a couple of tricks: first, at the beginning of boiling the broth, add spices, salt, and vegetables – chopped onions and carrots. Boil whole chicken in broth for 1,5 hours after boiling water, and chunks for about an hour. Then the meat should be cooled and cleaned of bones and skin, cut and returned to the broth. The broth is brought to a boil and the noodles can now be added. It is very important not to add too much noodles so that the liquid dish does not turn into a dense porridge. For 2 liters of broth, 3-5 tablespoons of noodles are enough.
