– Peach skin must be free from damage, dents and foreign stains;

– The color of peaches should be natural, too bright fruits, most likely, were treated with chemicals;

– Velvety and elasticity indicate the ripeness of the fruit;

 

– A hard peach will be unripe, but too soft has already begun to deteriorate or has been dented during transportation;

– A peach with dents will not be stored for a long time, and the presence of dark spots indicates the beginning of the decay process;

– A peach without a characteristic aroma is either not ripe, or has been treated with chemicals, purple streaks on the skin and a too wrinkled stone will tell about this, avoid such fruits, do not put your health at risk.
