Method of preparation

Boil potatoes, crush, pour milk, that is, make mashed potatoes. Simultaneously stew cabbage with tomatoes (tomato), carrots (as anyone likes). Add flour to the puree, mix thoroughly, make cakes from the resulting “dough”. Stuff the flat cakes with stewed cabbage and fry in sunflower oil.
