Грибной порошок – A fairly popular way to store mushrooms. Firstly, it can be added to almost all dishes, from soups to sauces for roasts. And secondly, mushrooms in this form are best absorbed by the body, since less energy is spent on their processing.

A wonderful mushroom powder comes from mushrooms, boletus, chanterelles, boletus, porcini mushrooms, morels and lines, as well as a mixture of various mushrooms.

They are first properly dried, and then ground in a pepper mill, coffee grinder or with an ordinary mortar. It happens that the powder is heterogeneous. Additional sifting through a sieve or secondary grinding will help fix this.

Mushroom powder should be added to the dish a quarter of an hour before readiness, and before that, soak it for swelling for 20-30 minutes.
