21 Day Fix Extreme: a description of all training

1. Cardio Fix Extreme (interval cardio training)

There is no more effective exercise for weight reduction than interval cardio workout. “Week program 21 Day Fix Extreme behind. My brief overview of the training:

1. Plyo Fix Extreme

Training is difficult but feasible.

All exercises are different jumps. The difficulty can be adjusted by the weight of the dumbbells, or do a simplified version.

The pace is not breakneck. After each exercise, there is 10-20 seconds of respite.

It is very important to follow the technique of execution of exercises, because training Vysokogornaya.

2. Upper Fix Extreme

Study of the muscles of the upper body.

In my opinion training is not heavy.

Each exercise with dumbbells 30 seconds is performed with more weight and 30 seconds with less weight.
