PSYchology

Having re-read fairy tales beloved since childhood, today we will be able to discover in them the wisdom that was inaccessible to the eyes of a child. For example, the “algorithm” for finding true love. A psychotherapist and author of fairy tales explains how to decipher magical messages and turn them into useful exercises.

I am often told that fairy tales mislead women. The heroine is sure to be found by her lover, even though she has been euthanized, hidden, or turned into a frog. Lovers will certainly live happily ever after.

In real life, a woman has to make a lot of efforts to find her love. And today, the fairy-tale advice “sit and wait”, tacitly reproduced in most fairy tales, does not work at all.

I agree, outwardly everything looks as if fairy tales “lead away from reality” and cannot be trusted. What if fairy tales are encrypted messages, and they should be read not “written”, but “unwritten”?

This assumption will lead us to the discovery of a special cipher of fairy tales. And it turns out that the fairy-tale heroine performs a series of not everyday, but symbolic actions, which turn out to be successive steps towards her female happiness. Let’s see what different fairy-tale heroines do in order to meet love and change their lives qualitatively. This will give us clear practical recommendations.

1. The heroine turns an evil fate into a good one

She calmly and boldly goes towards her own destiny. He meets her, washes her, feeds her. And fate from an evil old woman turns into a good sorceress.

Coded recommendation: be sure to accept your destiny as it is. To do this, resolutely give up the habit of complaining about fate, yearning and sadness because some of your expectations have not yet been realized. Stand in front of the mirror, look at yourself for a couple of minutes with a calm look, and say out loud: “My Fate, you are as beautiful as I am! I accept you my dear! I know that you will find the way to my happiness, to meeting my beloved. I promise not to disturb you with complaints and reproaches. I give you trust!

Repeat the text until you begin to believe in it, until freedom, peace and inspiration appear inside you. Do this exercise twice a week.

2. The heroine goes through the seeds

Often in fairy tales, the stepmother mixes wheat, millet, poppy seeds, peas and forces the stepdaughter to sort them out, arrange them separately.

Coded recommendation: see a man not only as a potential romantic lover, but also as a seed carrier. Start watching different men and asking yourself questions: what kind of seed does he carry in himself? Weedy or strong? Quality or damaged? Such training will develop your innermost female observation and sober intelligibility.

3. The heroine spins a tow, weaves a carpet, knits

These actions symbolize patience, creativity and an accurate understanding of oneself. Encrypted recommendation: purposefully and creatively know yourself.

Ask yourself two questions: What do I already know about myself? What don’t I know about myself? Find and write down seven answers to each of the questions. Try to repeat the exercise once a week.

4. Heroines trample shoes

The King Father checks his sleeping daughters every morning and finds their new shoes worn out. The fact is that princesses dance at night.

Encrypted recommendation: dance with your eyes closed more! Improvise to any music! Allow the thought that the dance is a symbolic letter to your beloved. Every day, dance, compose a message to him. In it, tell about yourself and invite him into your life. In each dance, tell your lover something new about yourself.
