Culinary art: sushi – on a grain of rice

Tokyo restaurant Sushiya no Nohachi gives its guests an unusual compliment. Those who made an order for more than $ 50 are served there a unique surprise – miniature copies of all the sushi served in the establishment. These micro sushi are so small that each of them is based on a miniature grain of rice.

This gift set includes sushi with tuna, sea bream, medium fat tuna, hokigai clam, octopus, egg, sea urchin and pickled ginger. Micro-sushi look very funny and cause unprecedented surprise among the guests of the establishment.

The idea of micro sushi came to the owners of the establishment after one of the visitors argued with the chef (by the way, the son of the owner of the establishment) that he would not be able to cook the smallest sushi. The dispute was won by the institution and gave such results. Of course, the profile of the restaurant is making sushi of regular sizes, and such a find appeared due to the desire to thank its guests for a generous order.

The guests of the restaurant loved micro sushi so much that even the owners themselves were surprised. “We cook small sushi up to five times a day. Our customers welcome them with great enthusiasm, – say the owners. “Once we served a woman from Europe, and she really burst into tears when she saw this little sushi!”
