Isomalto: sweetness for joy

Isomalto natural sweeteners are versatile products that are suitable for vegetarians, vegans, diabetics and those who are actively involved in sports. Their production does not use animal products and chemical ingredients that are added to low-calorie carbonated drinks and supposedly healthy sweets (one of these sweeteners is aspartame). The main task of Isomalto is to provide the consumer with a natural product that will completely relieve him of the use of industrial sugar.

The Isomalto range consists of: stevia, erythritol, isomaltooligosaccharide and a mixture of stevia and erythritol. The latter was made for the convenience of those consumers who are just starting to replace industrial granulated sugar and are looking for a useful analogue. The fact is that stevia is a very concentrated product, literally a small pinch of which gives a strong sweetness. Beginners can have a hard time finding the right amount of stevia, so a mixture of stevia and erythritol is ideal. This product can be used in the same amount as regular granulated sugar. For example, if you are used to putting one scoop of sugar in your tea or coffee, you will need exactly the same amount of a mixture of stevia and erythritol!

Isomaltooligosaccharide (IMO) low calorie sweetener is a low calorie, 100% natural sugar substitute made by fermenting corn. In Isomalto it is presented in the form of syrup and sand. In dry form, it is ideal for cooking and can replace flour, and in liquid form, it can be added to ready-made dishes, such as porridge, cottage cheese, and so on. The advantages of isomaltooligosaccharide can be listed for a long time! In addition to being sweet, this low-calorie sweetener is also a source of dietary fiber, promotes the growth of beneficial bacteria in the gut and the absorption of minerals, helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels, and improves intestinal motility and overall digestive health. Do other sweeteners have these properties? Absolutely not!

In addition to sweeteners, Isomalto is engaged in the production of low-calorie and healthy ones, which contain neither sugar, nor dyes, nor flavors, but there are natural fruits, berries and healthy sweeteners. The energy value of these fruit treats is only 18 kcal per 100 grams.

Such a low calorie content is due to the fact that erythritol and highly purified stevia are used for preparation, due to which the product does not contain bitterness familiar to everyone who has tried stevia. Erythritol is a natural ingredient that is not absorbed by the body and therefore has no calorie content, but helps to achieve the desired taste and sweetness, masking the aftertaste of stevia. In addition, erythritol, unlike regular sugar, protects teeth from caries by inhibiting the activity of cariogenic bacteria. Such jams can be consumed without restrictions! At the moment, Isomalto presents six flavors of jams: cherry, strawberry, raspberry, apple, orange with ginger and apricot. In the near future, it is planned to expand the product line and introduce two more flavors – pineapple and blackcurrant.
