Buckwheat diet for weight loss
 

The buckwheat diet menu is simple: there is only specially prepared buckwheat porridge all week. Buckwheat is poured with boiling water without salt and spices and infused for twelve hours.

Features of buckwheat diet:

  • Buckwheat porridge can be eaten throughout the day, arrange meals every time you feel like eating. Last meal 4-6 hours before bedtime.
  • Add 1% fat kefir to buckwheat as food, if you want. Observe the measure: you can eat as much porridge as you like during the day, and no more than 1 liter of kefir.
  • Water – plain or mineral water without gas – can be drunk without restriction. 
  • If you experience a particularly acute feeling of hunger, 30-60 minutes before bedtime, you can drink 1 glass of 1 percent kefir.

After the first “buckwheat week”, you should take a break for at least a month. Then it will be possible, without serious consequences for the body, to sit on buckwheat for another week and lose the next 4-10 kg. However, nutritionists recommend using mono diets, which include the buckwheat diet, only as fasting days. Everything else is not harmless and unsafe for health.
