You can prepare your homemade hair mask by simply using the flesh of an avocado. To go faster, you can use avocado vegetable oil or avocado vegetable butter. These avocado derivatives keep for a long time and are found throughout the year, which is not necessarily the case with avocado. Also, you can add a few drops of avocado oil to your shampoo for quick natural hair care!

Avocado and honey hair mask for very dry hair

For very dry hair, you can make an avocado and honey hair mask. In addition to the benefits of avocado, honey will help fight against hair breakage thanks to its antioxidant properties. The emollients it contains will also help to soften the hair fiber, for easier disentangling and soft hair. To prepare your homemade hair mask, you need to:

  • Cut the avocado into small pieces
  • Crush the avocado to create a paste
  • Add 4 teaspoons of honey
  • Add 4 teaspoons of coconut oil

Mix everything to obtain a fluid mixture. Apply to your damp hair, especially to the lengths, massaging gently to penetrate the mask. Leave for at least 30 minutes under a charlotte or cling film. This will help retain the heat of the scalp and allow the mask to penetrate better. Then rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Homemade hair masks: avocado and egg for damaged hair

For damaged hair, you need a mask rich in moisturizing and nourishing agents: the marriage of avocado and egg will here make it possible to obtain a very effective mask for damaged hair.
