Winter Fancy Food, en San Francisco

Fancy Food Show is the product fair Gourmet, most relevant of the west coast of the United States of America.

It is held biannually, and this time it is the turn of the Winter edition, and the Californian city of San Francisco will host the gourmet event from the 11th to the 13th of January.

The exhibition is an initiative of the Specialty Food Association, a community dedicated to defending nutrition, sustainability and health, joining efforts from the end consumer to the food-producing industry in order to find synergies and elaborate “special foodsLet them be delicacies. 

The Association seeks to help build an emotional experience with “special” foods for the consumer.

Its mission continues to be to educate the public to ensure that the distinctiveness and benefits of specialty foods are a tangible reality, from the business roots of our members, providing tools and knowledge to support smart innovation.

The idea of ​​inspiring and helping the development of future generations of food producers who follow the healthy profit line are still present at this winter’s event, the Winter Fancy Food Show 2015.

To support the Spanish presence at the event, the Spanish export institute (ICEX) has organized a working group together with the Spanish Federation of Food Industries (FIAB) to group different national organizations into a single grouped flag and flag.

A total of 22 Spanish product companies Gourmet, have joined the project, and will show their products, and elaborations to the visitors of the sample during the 3 days of celebration.

The products most demanded by the American consumer of our national production are olive oils, olives, wines with designation of origin and cured cheeses, among others, hence the importance of our presence in international competitions such as the one to be held in a few days in San Francisco, the cradle of our settlement back in the XNUMXth century that is now making news again not for its gold but for its gastronomy and supply chain.
