Who will be allowed to work at the second stage of lifting quarantine in Moscow

Presumably, after May 31, the second stage of lifting quarantine measures will begin in Moscow. Who will start working?

Deputy Mayor of Moscow Vladimir Efimov said that at the next stage of lifting restrictive measures in the capital, first non-food stores will be opened, then companies that provide consumer services.

“Non-food trade is very important for the economy, which, on the one hand, employs a large number of people and which, on the other hand, is a very important, if not key, element of the distribution chain from producer to consumer,” Efimov said.

Non-grocery stores need to get back to work, because this is very important for the industry – it needs working capital. The sphere of consumer services will also start working, since “a modern metropolis cannot be imagined without the services it offers.”

However, no one knows yet when the second stage of lifting the restrictions will begin. It is clear that this will happen no earlier than May 31, because it is up to this time that the self-isolation regime has been extended in Moscow. However, starting from today, minimal indulgences have come into force – the MFC “My Documents” and car sharing have started working.
