What drinks are pushing us to overeating

Nutritionists advise not to drink icy drinks. Moreover, they do not help in the hot weather, only exacerbating the problem. Because of excessive cold drinks, you can only overheat more. Remember high school physics: from the cold body constricts. Similarly, it will narrow your blood vessels, causing spasms. As a result of disrupted thermal balance: the throat and the esophagus, you may be cool while the rest of the body is way too cool to be closed.

But besides, it turns out that by drinking while eating cold sodas, we eat more fat. By the way, the same effect also causes salty food.

Therefore, in order not to have too many calories, if you need a drink while eating, it is wise to take warm tea or coffee.
