Now Diana Vishneva is 43 years old, and she is in amazing shape. What’s the secret? There are several of them.

Stable mode. The morning rise is not early, at 9 o’clock. But the lights out too late, at 2 am. It turns out 7 hours of sleep, while at the usual time for the body.

Breakfast is required. Diana never misses this meal. The ideal breakfast version is oatmeal in the water, an egg, or a red fish sandwich.

Dinner for two. Favorite soups, fish, meat, a whole bowl of salad … With great physical exertion, a hearty lunch is a must, and calories burn out in the ballet hall. Avoiding snacks on the run. What Vishneva categorically avoids is fast food and other quick ways to seize hunger. Even if rehearsals go on for many hours in a row and there is no time for a full lunch, he prefers to wait for dinner. The maximum that you can have a snack is something from fruit or a piece of dark chocolate. And drinks water, of course.

Favorite dishes from mom. Whenever possible, the ballerina is pampered by her mother. Sometimes she even goes on tour with her. And then fish, steamed cutlets, stewed vegetables appear on the table. And the only thing Diana indulges herself with are curd snacks, an addiction from childhood.

Great physical activity. Vishneva has been accustomed to them since her school years. Usually classes in the ballet hall start at 11 am and last until the evening. So diets are not needed, too much goes away thanks to the usual training regimen.

A daughter, Anya, is growing up in the family, which means that her mother was not afraid to lose her shape due to childbirth. And she really quickly recovered, three months after the birth of her daughter, she had already returned to the stage. Here are the basic nutritional principles of a ballerina.

Minimum salt. Not salting or not salting at all is a simple and healthy habit that helps you stay lean.

Healthy breakfast. The morning meal is usually water porridge and green tea.

Fish instead of meat. Svetlana does not strive to sit on a rigid diet, otherwise where can she get her strength from? But she does not eat meat and poultry. But fish and seafood – with pleasure.
