We collect a teenager for a summer camp: what to put with you, a list

Mom and Dad will still have to pack a suitcase for a child, even if it is not very small. Especially for the tortured parents, together with the head of the Phoenix commissar detachment, Alexander Fedin, we have compiled a list: what you absolutely need to take with you on a standard three-week shift.

A suitcase is much more convenient than a bag. It should be neither too big nor too small, with a nice and smooth zipper. It is better to take with a combination lock, and write the code to the child in a notebook. Sign the suitcase itself, attach the tag.

Make a list of things and put them inside. Going back, the child will not lose anything.

If you are sending your child to the sea, do not forget a beach towel, goggles or a mask for diving, sun protection, if the child feels insecure in the water or is still small, put on armbands or an inflatable ring.

– Portable phone charger, external battery if available.

– Headphones: music helps with seasickness.

– Personal hygiene items: toothbrush and paste, shampoo, soap, loofah and shower gel. You can put it in a suitcase, but then children will forget about some of them.

– Packing bags just in case.

– Paper or wet wipes.

– Headdress.

– A bottle of water, if there is room.

– Peppermint candies, ginger crackers for a snack.

Personal hygiene

– Three towels: for hands, feet, body. They are given out in the camp, but many prefer to use their own. In addition, local towels are constantly being lost.

– Deodorant (as needed).

– Shaving accessories (if necessary).

– Feminine hygiene products (if necessary).

– Mouthwash, dental floss, toothpicks (optional).

Apparel

– Two sets of summer clothes: shorts, skirts, T-shirts, T-shirts. Five things maximum.

– Sports suit.

– Swimsuit, swimming trunks.

– Pajamas.

– Outfit: blouse and skirt, shirt and trousers. You can endlessly combine them, but they will definitely be needed for playing on stage or for special occasions.

– Underwear. The more panties and socks, the better – children don’t really like to wash.

– Warm clothing: light jacket or sweater, woolen socks. Do not believe the forecasts that all three weeks will be 30 degrees Celsius, especially if this is the first shift or the camp is located close to a reservoir. It can be very chilly in the evenings.

– Raincoat.

Footwear

– Shoes for events.

– Sport shoes.

– Slates.

– Shower slippers (optional).

– Rubber boots.

… forbidden food – chips, crackers, large chocolates, perishable food;

… piercing and cutting objects;

… explosive and toxic agents, including from lighters and repellent spray cans. The territory of the camp is always treated for parasites, there are sticky tapes. If you are very worried, buy a cream or a bracelet.

They are picked up by the accompanying persons before the child is sent. Most often needed:

– agreement or application for the provision of a voucher,

– copies of the payment document,

– medical certificates,

– copies of documents (passport / birth certificate, policy),

– consent to the processing of personal data.

The list may vary depending on whether it is a municipal, commercial camp, a marine or a tent camp.

Important!

If a child has allergies, asthma, individual intolerance to medicines, notify the organizers in advance. Purchase the necessary drugs and give them to doctors or counselors. Children should not have a personal first-aid kit – there are enough medicines in medical centers.
