The English The Guardian recently shared an interesting rating. In the midst of a cold winter, the publication decided to find out what kind of alcoholic drinks you can use to warm your body and soul in the most delicious way. And since the British are famous gourmets, it is very interesting to get acquainted with the results of their rating.

№ 1 – Georgian hair

Chacha is a famous strong drink belonging to the brandy class, made by distilling unripe berries, pomace and seeds that are not suitable for making wine. The classic version is grape chacha.

But chacha is made not only from grapes, this drink is often made at home by the method of fermentation and distillation, and in the form of raw materials they use a wide variety of fruits that grow at hand: apples, pears, figs, apricots, and so on.

This alcoholic drink has a crystal-clear color, ideally complements the Georgian feast, and most importantly, it cheers up, as it is a fairly strong hop liqueur. The alcohol content in chacha can reach 60%.

The Guardian, however, refutes the stereotype that Georgian distillate is a very tart drink. According to the publication, a softer balanced chacha is being revived, which is already presented in the best restaurants in Tbilisi.
