The snatch of the kettlebell with one hand — technique exercises:

  1. This is one of the basic exercises of kettlebell lifting.
  2. Stand straight with feet wider than shoulder line. Take a weight in hand as shown in the figure. The hand should be relaxed.
  3. Take the weight over the foot to give maximum acceleration and jerk without bending the arm at the elbow, raise it over your head.
  4. Lower your hand down and, without bending it, push the weight over the feet.
  5. Repeat the exercise.
