The Pepsi generation is born with autism, and vegetarianism is a direct path to oncology

Vasily Generalov is not a nutritionist at all, but a doctor of sciences, one of the leading experts in the introduction of a ketogenic diet for various pathologies. He himself has been adhering to the keto diet for three years – during this time, he not only lost 15 kilograms, but also rejuvenated by 15 years. At 47, he feels and looks much better than many of his peers.

Where did the keto diet come from?

The keto diet is not my invention. Our ancestors simply did not have a choice – their diet was naturally limited: when they came out of the cave, what they caught, it’s good that what grew up next to them, so they ate. The peoples of the Far North still eat mainly proteins and fats without carbohydrates: seals, deer and fish. The Kazakh national food is carbohydrate-free – lamb, horse meat and camel milk. For most peoples, this type of diet is genetic. “The food of civilization” – sugar – began to be brought to them by the colonialists, and along with it “continental” diseases appeared: obesity, diabetes, caries, rheumatism, autism, Alzheimer’s, and oncology. Now our diet is maximized and the immune system is overloaded. Avoiding the genetic type of nutrition leads to completely irreversible consequences.

Previously, people did not brush their teeth twice a day and did not know what caries was, because they did not eat carbohydrates and sugar. Wild wolves do not suffer from tooth decay, and dogs that receive freeze-dried food suffer from tooth decay and all the diseases of civilization.

Obesity

It is interesting that as soon as modern medicine began to fight obesity, its level in the world increased tenfold. The American Heart Association announced 50 years ago that fatty foods lead to atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease, and the more fat we eat, the higher the risks. This theory led to the emergence of different food standards – the amount of fat in foods in the diets began to decrease, but the portion of carbohydrates increased. Against this background, the problem of obesity has grown, and with it the number of diseases caused by it.

Last Chance

All my professional life I have been dealing with difficult patients. He started with epilepsy, used the most modern tools and techniques to treat patients, in search of this he traveled all over the world. Over time, I realized that medicine cannot completely solve the problem of many of my patients. Six years ago, I sent the first patient to the ketogenic diet, this was his only chance. His parents found a clinic abroad on their own, and on the background of a ketogenic diet, his seizures completely disappeared.

Today we are engaged in biochemical correction of many serious diseases that are impossible without dietary correction. Therapeutic ketosis is widely used to treat epilepsy, autism, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s, schizophrenia, panic attacks, multiple sclerosis, infertility and obesity. Today, unfortunately, I am the only doctor in Russia who deals with metabolic therapy of oncology – when, due to diet, you can stop the progression of a tumor.

My main pain is not obese people, but young people with irreversible consequences of diabetes, multiple sclerosis and oncology, whom we are now treating in the clinic. As the founder of the keto diet in Russia, I must say that it is not easy: “Eat a lot of fat.” Depending on the state, these can be different sets of products and different cycles of their intake. I wrote about this in detail in my book.

What is ketosis?

Fats become the basis of the diet: they cover 70% of the daily calorie requirement, the remaining 30% are obtained with proteins, carbohydrates are completely absent. Fats provide energy, proteins are needed to build the body. The goal of a ketogenic diet is to get high levels of ketones in the blood, substances produced in the human liver from free fatty acids. This state of the body is called ketosis, and, in my opinion, it is the most natural for a person. The level of intoxication and inflammatory processes decreases, the pathogenic microbiota, which needs carbohydrates and which “plants” the immune system and brings old age closer, disappears.

Killer foods

You can only feed people cheaply with carbohydrates. How was it in the USSR? Lots of potatoes and one cutlet. In potatoes, cereals, nightshades, legumes, there are solid carbohydrates, as I call them, styrofoam. Solid calories, and amino acids, vitamins and trace elements are all in the meat. Soy is a protein that triggers autoimmune processes. The gluten in wheat triggers the autoimmune process, creating a film on the intestines, under which inflammation occurs, making the intestines vulnerable to toxins. Milk casein is a powerful autoimmune provocateur. All these foods should be excluded from the diet.

A big difference

There are plenty of carbohydrate-free diets, such as the Ducan diet. Protein becomes a source of energy in it, but we do not need so much of it to build the body, which means that its excess will go into glucose, which will “load” insulin, and as a result – obesity. This diet leads to various disorders. There is no fat in it, and they are an integral part of our hormones. All of our hormones are synthesized from cholesterol that we get from our diet. No cholesterol – hormonal deficiency occurs.

The Paleo Diet contains a limited amount of protein and a lot of fat. It has a common name with the keto diet – LCHF or Low Carb High Fat – low in carbohydrates, high in fat. The Mediterranean diet is also good: few plants, lots of olive oil and olives. Plus seafood, meat, cheese. It became popular after a study showed that this region has the lowest diabetes rate. We analyzed what people eat there, and it became clear that this is a low-carbohydrate and high-fat diet. Atkins is also a variant of the low-carb diet, which he just called it by his last name and made a certain business out of it.

Why the Pepsi generation is born with autism

Today, healthy parents have one in 50 children with autism, and earlier there was one in 10. The parents of such children are the Pepsi generation who grew up on Mars and sneakers. Believe me, in 000 years it will be every fifth child. This will be because our genetics, our hormones go astray, and a beautiful gender woman with a young man gives birth to a disabled child instead of a healthy child.

Vegetarianism is the path to oncology

Proponents of vegetarianism say that meat cannot be eaten now, it is grown on hormones and is dangerous. I assure you that the worst piece of meat is much safer than the purest plant. Because a plant is a lectin. And lectins are poisons. Plants are always poisonous, especially during the period of their active maturation, they need it as protection for growth. This is why when you eat an unripe pear or apple you get an upset stomach.

When we eat the whole animal, we get all the necessary biologically active substances. From the liver – vitamins of group B. They are fat-soluble and the liver has simply already synthesized them. The brain has all the lipoproteins, amino acids and so on that we need. When we eat testicles, then, accordingly, we get all the hormones. We obtain biologically active components from the adrenal glands or the thyroid gland. When we boil bone and joint broth, we get the best bioactive glucosamine.

I have spoken with veganists in America. I can definitely say that vegetarianism is the path to oncology. Even if you haven’t given up on eggs and milk, these are all conditional compromises. In food, you have to be a perfectionist if we want any result. And do not allow yourself to relax, saying: “Well, okay, today I can eat some delicious nasty one time”

My concept of dietetics is to remove everything that interferes with the body. To do this, you need to reformat your consciousness. I did it.
