  • Buns & Guns XT 2 (65 minutes). Exercise for strong toned muscles of the upper and lower parts of the body. Also includes some plyometric exercise (expander).
  • Cross Core Combat 2 (66 minutes). It’s even more intense workout than Cross Core Combat of the first part! In addition to the great crust you will work all other muscle groups (medicine balls and expander).
  • Flex XT (58 minutes). The power program for the whole body, which includes cardio segments (medicine balls and expander).
