L’hypertension is usually asymptomatic, that is, it does not cause any symptoms. However, blood pressure very high (moderate or advanced stage) and sustained may cause the following symptoms.

• Headaches accompanied by fatigue (these headaches are often localized in the neck and appear very early in the morning).
• Dizziness or ringing in the ears.
• Palpitations.
• Nosebleeds.
• Confusion or drowsiness.
• Numbness or tingling in the feet and hands.
