Summer vegetable salad
 

Ingredients: Carrots, medium cucumber, bunch of lettuce, avocado, 20 pine nuts, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, unrefined sea salt, watercress sprouts for garnish, can be bought here.

Preparation:

Rinse and dry the lettuce leaves. Chop and place in a deep bowl. Using a vegetable peeler, “cut” the previously washed carrots and cucumber. Cut the avocado into cubes. For those who do not know how to cut an avocado quickly, I recommend watching my video.

 

Place vegetables in a bowl with salad, add oil and salt to taste, mix thoroughly, transfer to a flat plate and sprinkle with nuts and sprouts before serving.
