When I turned 21, excess weight obsessively and unceremoniously entered my life, and at some point I decided that this would not happen! I switched to proper nutrition and sports, and in 9 months I lost weight from 68 kg to 49. Therefore, during my first pregnancy, I carefully monitored my diet and gained 9 kg. In the second pregnancy, I added 11 kg, and I didn’t have to throw off practically anything. The third pregnancy was too “romantic”: probably because it was a girl. I didn’t move much and ate what I wouldn’t allow myself at gunpoint before. As a result, I gained 15 kg. And after giving birth – plus one size and a bunch of new clothes. I started to like myself like that and didn’t want to be the old skinny girl with the size XS.

What are you doing to keep fit?

I’ve been a vegetarian for 14 years now. Every morning I try to do a jog in the fresh air. No bad habits, including alcohol, proper nutrition. There is a glass of wine, but this is a rare exception.

Your standard diet and daily routine

Morning is a glass of water with lemon and honey. For breakfast, porridge with honey and dried fruits or cottage cheese. Then a snack – a loaf, an apple. For lunch, vegetables, herbs or seafood. Dinner – vegetables and proteins. I visit the gym 3 times a week. In general, I do not make a cult out of harmony. I understand that in addition to sports, anti-cellulite massages, there is an ordinary life, a husband, children, a favorite business. And if a person is in harmony with his nature, he cannot think only about harmony. Although this is a nice bonus for a woman!

How much did you gain during pregnancy and how did you lose weight after childbirth?

I gave birth to three sons in four years. It turned out three pregnancies in a row, and in the end I gained 23 kilograms. To get back in shape, I was on a diet, limited myself in time, that is, did not eat after 18 hours, plus physical activity. After the birth of my daughter – the fourth child – the weight gain was insignificant, about 5 kg, and it was not so hard for me. Extra 2-3 kilograms and now sometimes appear, especially after the New Year holidays.

What are you doing to keep fit?

I am a ballet dancer at the Musical Comedy Theater. And now I am also a choreographer at the Academy of Sports, where I do rhythmic gymnastics. To maintain harmony, I use proven methods: exercise and diet.

I work a lot, and I have a very busy schedule, plus heavy loads. On weekends I try to just relax and gain strength. As for the diet, I, as far as possible, consume as little as possible harmful to beauty and health. But sometimes my husband spoils me, and I myself spoil myself with something tasty.

I believe that our body is very wise, and you need to listen to his advice, and he will tell you the right product and the rhythm of life that suits you. When I became a mother for the first time, I was 24 years old. Young organism, energy and endurance. As a result, I gained 15 kg. They say that when you expect a girl, you get better and swell, I probably agree with that. But losing weight turned out to be easy. She did not use special loads, and she went to work early, even before the end of maternity leave. With my second child, I practically did not gain weight, not even all my friends knew about pregnancy, since my stomach was small. With the advent of the second child, it becomes easier, you already know what is possible and what is not. My daughter and I even flew to rest when I was 7 months old. Since I didn’t gain weight and looked great, I even managed to get cast and take part in a beauty pageant when my son was 4,5 months old.

I don’t have free time, maybe that’s the secret? I always take an active part in public life, shooting on TV, advertising – all this does not allow me to relax. Get one child to school, another to kindergarten, circles, dances. Rest with children is a separate topic altogether. For example, this year we went on a car trip to Sochi.

I love to sleep, and if I get the opportunity to sleep before lunch, I do it! In the morning after sleep, mandatory procedures – cleansing the skin, shower, cream. I don’t have a special diet, it all depends on what time the day begins. It is imperative to arrange fasting days. The main rule to follow is to monitor your calorie intake, no more than 1500 per day.

I gained 13 kg. Losing weight after childbirth was not difficult for me. I was constantly on the move, and with a baby it is impossible to do otherwise!

I have never been as fit as I am now. Proper nutrition, which I try to adhere to, has had a tangible effect. Of course, if I want something very badly, I will not deny myself this, but mostly I eat healthy food in small portions 4-5 times a day. Sports are ideally necessary, but there is not always enough time for this. There was a period when I was in the gym with a coach for a year! The result was not long in coming, the body began to tighten in the first months.

My daily diet is breakfast, lunch and dinner plus two snacks. I spend most of my time at work, and it’s more difficult to keep track of my diet there. Eating right at home is easier, but I try to choose healthy food no matter where I am.

I have two children, a boy and a girl. During pregnancy, I gained about 12 kg. A month after giving birth, she began to do gymnastics and work out the press. Many hours of walking with the child contributed to the quick getting rid of extra pounds.

I am a ballerina, I work at the Opera and Ballet Theater. My profession means being in great physical shape. A large number of rehearsals and performances help to look great.

Working in a theater requires a lot of physical costs, and food in this case plays an important role: a hearty breakfast, a full lunch and a light dinner. I used to eat little, but often. Gym, yoga and don’t shove everything from food into yourself. Currently, I do not visit the gym, but I try to eat less. Weight is not gaining and is kept normal.

During my entire pregnancy, I gained 13,5 kg. After giving birth, the most difficult thing was not to lose weight, but, on the contrary, to gain the missing body weight. My weight before pregnancy was 58 kg, and after giving birth was 54 kg. In general, breastfeeding is very good at helping to lose excess.

To be honest, I do absolutely nothing to maintain my figure, I don’t even go in for sports. I think it’s all about genetic harmony.

I eat whatever I want! And I don’t think about gaining weight. I don’t follow the diet, I wanted to – I ate.

I gained about 15-16 kg. It was easy for me to lose weight, everything somehow went away by itself, without much effort on my part.

And I myself have always been thin, in this I was lucky. But already you need to start going to the gym and pump up a little!

Wake up at 7 am. I wash, get ready, wake up the child, feed, dress and take him to the garden. Next, I have breakfast – hearty or light. Then I can get some rest or start doing household chores. For lunch, I eat what I wanted, there is no specific diet. If the child is not in the garden, then be sure to sleep. In the evening we have dinner, wash, swim – and sleep. I try to go to bed with my son to sleep well. As a rule, at 21 o’clock we already have a rest.

I gained 15 kilograms, which went away very quickly. In the weight that was before pregnancy, came after 3 months and then lost another 12 kilograms.

What are you doing to keep fit?

I’m not making much effort, but there is still work to be done. Therefore, in the near future I plan to go to the gym.

Wake up at 7:30 am and breakfast. We play, walk with our daughter. When she has a nap, I try to take time for myself: manicure, face and hair masks, attending hairdressing courses. If I have a free hour, I try to read.

Not painful thinness. The body should be athletic, fit. What matters is not what number you see on the scales, but what you see in the mirror and whether you like yourself. Before playing sports, I weighed 51 kg, but at the current weight of 57 kg I like myself much more. Thus, being lean is a lifestyle that includes diet, exercise, and cardio.

In total, I gained 11 kg in the first pregnancy, 9 kg in the second. To make it easy to lose extra pounds after childbirth, you need to monitor your diet during pregnancy.

Sports, a regimen and, of course, proper nutrition help me to keep myself in great shape. We are what we eat, so food is 80% in building a dream figure.

I go to the gym 3 times a week. And I’m also opening the cardio season now, because the weather is good, that’s 3 more days of running. You need to do it on an empty stomach, but when you have the strength. Therefore, early in the morning at 7-8 o’clock I have a full breakfast, this is the richest meal of the day. I try to train 2 hours after eating. You get 4-5 meals a day. In the evening, I eat foods containing protein – chicken, fish, seafood. Of course, with a similar lifestyle, one should not forget about additional sources of vitamins.

Proper nutrition, exercise, according to my well-being and level of training, I move a lot and, most importantly, I like myself! The most important thing is to love yourself for who you are, and others will notice it!
