– two cloves of garlic; – 50 g butter; – 200 ml of cream; – greens; – salt to taste.

Melt the butter in a skillet. Please note that it is better to use butter in this recipe, and not vegetable oil: it will give the dish an additional delicate taste. While the oil is heating, finely chop or press the garlic with a press and place in the skillet. Put out a couple of minutes. Now pour the cream into a skillet, mix thoroughly and bring to a boil. Pour boiling water over the shrimps, wait until they cool slightly, then carefully peel them off. Place them carefully in the cream pan. Put out 9-10 minutes. Add finely chopped greens a minute before cooking and stir the contents of the pan thoroughly. Take a slotted spoon and carefully remove the shrimp. Try to keep the sauce in the pan and not stick to the seafood. Keep it on fire until it thickens. Then put the seafood back in the garlic-cream sauce and cook for about 2 more minutes.

Serve the dish hot with any food. Rice, buckwheat noodles, or grilled vegetables are ideal side dishes for shrimp.
