Save the Excel file as a PDF

One of the new features in Excel 2010 is saving files as PDFs. If you are using Excel 2007, download the Microsoft Save as PDF add-in.

  1. Open a document.
  2. On the Advanced tab Fillet (File) click Save As (Save as).
  3. Выберите PDF from the dropdown list.
  4. Нажмите кнопку Options (Options).
  5. Here you can choose what you want to publish: Selection (highlighted range), Entire workbook (whole book) or Active sheet (Selected sheets).
  6. Press OK, and then Save (Save).
