Folk “ambulance” for kidney stones

1. Olive oil, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar

One of the effective pain relief remedies is easy to make at home. Mix 50 g olive oil with 50 g lemon juice. Drink and drink a glass of clean water. Wait 30 minutes. Then you need to squeeze the juice from half a lemon into a glass of water, add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and drink this mixture every hour until the condition improves.

2. Dandelion root

Dandelion root is considered a common folk remedy for cleansing the kidneys. You can take up to 500 ml of decoction twice a day.

3. Beans

These legumes even resemble kidneys in shape and are used by traditional medicine to treat them. Boil the beans for six hours, strain. Drink chilled liquid throughout the day to relieve pain.

4. Tail

Horsetail tea is drunk 3-4 cups for urolithiasis. You can take 2 g of this relic herb per day in the form of capsules.

5. Pomegranate juice

Pomegranate seeds and juice from them are effective for kidney stones. This may be due to their acidity and astringent properties. It is preferable to use freshly squeezed organic pomegranate juice in the treatment.

6. Celery

Both fresh celery and its seeds are diuretic and tonify the kidneys. Regular intake of tea with celery seeds, as well as using them as a seasoning, can prevent the formation of kidney stones.

7. Basil

Try taking one teaspoon of basil juice with honey daily for six months. It is believed that this folk remedy will help remove stones from the kidneys.

The cause of urolithiasis is often unhealthy food. Avoid carbonated and energy drinks, processed foods, and alcohol. Eat more fruits and vegetables, especially those listed above. Remember that folk remedies are not a substitute for medical care. With severe pain in the kidneys, you should immediately call a doctor!
