Method of preparation

Rub the cottage cheese. A well is made for minced meat in a tomato, taking out part of the pulp. Mashed cottage cheese is combined with chopped tomato pulp, boiled chilled milk, finely chopped parsley or dill, salt and mix thoroughly. Tomatoes prepared for stuffing are filled with curd mince and decorated with parsley or dill. Stuffed tomatoes can be sprinkled with sour cream (15 g per serving).
