zander | 750.0 (gram) |
wheat flour, premium | 1.0 (table spoon) |
breadcrumbs | 2.0 (table spoon) |
sunflower oil | 3.0 (table spoon) |
potatoes | 800.0 (gram) |
water | 1.0 (grain glass) |
pepper fragrant | 0.3 (teaspoon) |
Cut the peeled and washed fish along the ridge, then chop across, sprinkle with pepper and place the slices in a greased frying pan. Top the fish with raw potatoes, cut into noodles and rinsed in cold water. Place thin slices of potatoes around the edges of the pan. Salt all this, sprinkle with flour first, and then, pouring with fish broth or water, crushed breadcrumbs, sprinkle with melted butter and put in the oven. The fish is baked for 20-35 minutes (depending on the thickness of the potato layer). If, when baking, the broth in a frying pan quickly boils away, you need to add a little more broth or boiled water. Sometimes lightly fried onions are added, which are placed on the fish and covered with potatoes. When serving, sprinkle the fish with chopped parsley. You can serve a green salad of vegetables and fruits, fresh, pickled or pasteurized cucumbers and sauerkraut with fish.
