Method of preparation

Peel the apples and, after removing the core, grate on a fine grater. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, mix with applesauce, washed raisins, add cinnamon, eggs and mix thoroughly. Put the mass in a greased form and bake for 15-20 minutes.
