Polina Sukhova is a synton-approach psychologist, coach and consultant psychologist, leader of psychological trainings, expert and promoter of evolutionary psychology. He is engaged in the promotion of knowledge and methods for self-development of the individual, primarily the «Distance» system through his articles, webinars and books.
Polina Sukhova is the author of two books, the developer of her own developed psychological methods, published in the training book Habit, who are you: an enemy or a friend? (see here and here).
Polina directs the online psychological school «Psychology in every home!». The school consists of three levels: elementary school (base); secondary school (working out in trainings of basic skills of elementary school); higher school (supervision for psychologists, educators and everyone who wants to improve their competence in psychology).
