If we talk about our clinic, then in the first place I would put operations related to the correction of facial defects. For example, blepharoplasty (eyelid reshaping) and facelift. In second place is rhinoplasty (this is the correction of congenital or acquired deformities of the nose). And on the third – mammoplasty (breast augmentation, reduction or lift).

Rhinoplasty is one of the most difficult operations in plastic surgery. It only seems at first glance, but what is it about making a nose? It is not always possible to predict the outcome 100%. The healing process is a flexible and highly individualized concept. If you are talking about going to work, for example, without bruises and swelling, then 2-3 weeks is enough. 5. I personally recommend waiting a year, but there have been cases in my practice when a patient found out that she was pregnant already 3-4 months after the operation. Everything was absolutely normal. It’s just that we are doctors, we try to play it safe.

Immediately after the operation, for about 3-4 months, I do not recommend engaging in heavy physical activity, going to a bath or sauna, or sunbathing on the beach or in a solarium. These are general guidelines for everyone. Then, when the body recovers and the scars are formed, the restrictions are removed, and you can do what you love.

Increase more often. As for the reduction, here they are mainly treated for medical reasons, when there are severe back pains, injuries … Breast reduction surgery, by the way, is considered one of the most difficult in plastic surgery.
Everything is individual and depends on the specific case. If the patient’s mammary gland itself is prone to prolapse, then correction will be necessary after some time. If there is no such predisposition, then the correction may not be needed.
This is a very important question! Find out how long this clinic has been operating and the surgeon you decided to contact. Institutions that have been operating for 10-15 years are still more reliable, there are more reviews about them. If the clinic is new, then try to find out about the surgeon himself: where and how he studied, whether he continues his studies at medical conferences and other educational events, ask to see the results of his operations. You can directly ask about complications after surgery. The fact is that any doctor has had such situations, this is normal. It’s another matter if there are a lot of these stories with complications and they are constantly repeated. Ask for contacts of other patients to see if they are happy with the results. It is even better if your friends recommend a doctor, but even in this case, be sure to find out everything in detail. I’ll be honest. If you came, say, to correct your nose, and you liked the result, then, most likely, when you want, for example, to enlarge your breasts, you will come back to me. It is a healthy approach to have surgery with a doctor who has already helped you. In my practice, there are times when a patient comes back again and again … But! I’m talking about adequate, mentally healthy people. If at the consultation I notice that there is some kind of deviation, then I will say no. I refused, and when women came to me and said that they wanted to alter something just for the sake of being loved … Understand that they love not for the absence of defects! And, of course, I will say a firm no if the risk of surgery is high for medical reasons. In other cases, I don’t see any problem or dependency.
In Volgograd, the level is growing every year. Now in our city, operations are performed no worse than in Moscow. True, only two institutions operate at this level: our Isabella clinic and one more. By the way, I am calm about competition. I even think that in Volgograd there are, in principle, few plastic surgery clinics for a city with a population of over one million. When the competition is high, as in Moscow, the development goes much faster, because a real specialist always strives to keep up, constantly learns and improves! If we talk about Russia, now our country takes a confident third place! This is despite the fact that before we were only in the fifteenth or twentieth … Development is going very quickly!
