General description of the disease

Mycosis is a disease caused by parasitic fungi.

Types and symptoms:

  • mycosis of the feet (the most common, begins mainly with peeling of the skin, most often in the folds between the fingers; vesicles that itch; sometimes corns appear);
  • nails (become dull with yellow stripes or spots, easily crack with an uneven surface);
  • hair (scalp peels off, and irregular foci – in such places there is a breakage of hair – 2-3 mm above the skin and look like a “gray stump” or hair in the follicle breaks off, but, at the same time, a black dot remains);
  • vaginal mycosis (itching, discharge, inflammation, painful sensation when urinating and during intercourse);
  • inguinal mycosis (various inflammation or rash appears);
  • mycosis of smooth skin (the fungus parasitizes the skin and changes its structure, turning into ulcers);
  • mycosis of the lungs (the symptoms are similar to the first stage of tuberculosis: coughing up blood, lethargy, weight loss);
  • esophagus (pain when eating, it is difficult to swallow, nausea, the mucous membrane of the mouth is affected).

Sources of the disease:

  • people with this disease;
  • neglect of the rules of personal hygiene;
  • increased sweating (moisture) of the skin;
  • public places (toilets, baths, saunas);
  • manicure devices;
  • animals;
  • contaminated water;
  • the soil;
  • food contaminated with fungi.

Useful products for mycosis

It is necessary to use biologically active substances that will help restore the skin (vitamins of groups A, B, C, E, cyanine, rutin, iodine, zinc, selenium), products with a low sucrose content:

  • dairy products (low-fat cottage cheese and sour cream, kefir, yogurt);
  • boiled or stewed chicken, veal, beef;
  • eggs;
  • dark rice;
  • whole grain products (corn, buckwheat, millet);
  • dark grain pasta;
  • onions, garlic, parsley, dill, sorrel;
  • fresh juices (freshly squeezed juices);
  • walnuts;
  • apples and rose hips;
  • cranberry, sea buckthorn, currant, raspberry, bird cherry, honeysuckle;
  • cucumber, sauerkraut, beets, tomatoes;
  • legumes (green peas, soybeans, beans);
  • coarse bread.

Bread should be eaten only fresh, maximum one day. So, as mold is already beginning to multiply in it (it is not yet visible, but the process begins). Mold, like yeast, is an excellent stimulant for the growth and reproduction of fungi.

Traditional methods of treating mycosis

Recipe number 1 “Milkweed broth”

Take 30 grams of milkweed herb (always fresh), pour 3 liters of boiling water, wrap it up, leave for 3 hours. Do foot baths with this infusion (steam for about half an hour and then remove, as far as possible, the affected skin). To do such baths two days before recovery.

Recipe number 2 “Lilac tincture”

Take 10 grams of dried lilac flowers, fill with 100 milliliters of alcohol or vodka, leave for 14 days. Then spread this tincture on the affected skin.

Recipe No. 3 “Salt bath for hands and feet”

Split 10 grams of sea salt in a liter of water. Rinse your feet in the solution for 10 nights.

Recipe number 4 “Garlic ointment”

Take a head of garlic, pass through the garlic. Stir with butter (butter) 1: 1. Smear nails, skin. On day 4, improvements are noticeable.

Recipe number 5 “From Vanga”

Boil coffee from freshly ground coffee beans (together with sediment), cool slightly so as not to burn yourself. Soak your hands, feet, or rub into your scalp.

Recipe number 6 “Useful broth for mycosis”

Take 20 grams of yarrow leaves, burdock, plantain, wormwood herb. Mix. Take 10 grams of the herbal mixture and pour ¼ L of hot water. Leave to infuse overnight. Drink three times a day for a third of a glass. Keep the grass in a cool place.

Recipe number 7 “Apricot glue as a way to combat mycosis”

Take 25-30 grams of glue from the tree, cut apricots and pour 200 milliliters of vodka. Insist for three days. The resulting solution should be applied to the nails and affected areas of the skin of the feet. Continue the treatment for 3 months. Shake the jar before use.

Recipe number 8 “Ointment for itching, cracks, dermatitis, depriving”

To prepare this ointment, you need to place a chicken egg in a half liter jar, pour 100 grams of vinegar (70%) and a pack of oil (grind it first). Without interfering, cover with a nylon lid and place in a cold place (preferably in a refrigerator). Insist for so long until the eggshell dissolves (it will take about a week). Then mix everything thoroughly. The ointment is ready. It is used to lubricate rough skin or a rash. The ointment must be kept in the refrigerator.

Recipe number 9 “With mycosis of the feet, calluses, corns and other skin diseases”

An effective method of treatment is considered to be running in the early morning in the dew for half an hour. After it, the feet cannot be wiped, they must dry themselves. At night, you should apply potato gruel or at least slices of it. You also need to do a foot massage with potatoes. Treatment in this way should be continued for 1 month.

Recipe number 10 “Decoction against mycosis of the lungs”

This recipe is for patients with mycosis of the lungs. To do this, you need to prepare the following mixture: take 20 grams of nettle (dioecious), 80 grams of dried and chopped rose petals (only red, not tea), 40 grams each of a string, sage, plantain. Mix. Take 25 grams of this herbal collection, put in a thermos. Pour 400 milliliters of boiling water over. Insist for an hour. Then filter. Use a tablespoon of this infusion three times a day. Take for 3 weeks. Then it is necessary to interrupt the treatment in this way for one month, then repeat the treatment.

Dangerous and harmful products with mycosis

You need to exclude foods rich in carbohydrates and yeast from your diet. Why?

Mycosis is caused by yeast-like fungi, if you eat yeast, then simply you will help them grow.

With an excess of carbohydrates in the body, carbohydrate metabolism is disturbed, which increases blood sugar, which creates a favorable habitat for fungi.

You can not use:

  • White bread;
  • carbonated sweet drinks;
  • alcoholic beverages (beer, vodka, sparkling wines, champagne);
  • kvass;
  • confectionery;
  • pasta;
  • instant cereals and noodles;
  • white sugar;
  • smoked products;
  • homemade preserves and jams, jam;
  • peanut;
  • sweet dried fruits (banana, raisins, figs, pear);
  • fatty foods;
  • fried foods;
  • products containing the “E” code;
  • White rice.
