Nestlé has developed a dairy-free cream.

Earlier we already wrote about vegetable milk, which we counted as many as 6 types. And now for those who do not like or cannot use dairy products – one more reason for the holiday. Nestlé has developed a dairy-free cream.

They are based on two extracts of seaweed and vegetable oils. The company has been working on the texture of the new product for a long time, bringing the composition to perfection. In the approved version, the cream resembles yoghurt in texture. The cream has a pleasant soft creamy taste.

Initially, manufacturers aimed to invent dairy-free cream especially for coffee, but they managed to invent a cream that is also well suited for tea, cocoa, cereals, and ready-made drinks.

In both cold and hot liquid, the “cream” does not curdle, and its structure is not disturbed. By the way, vegetable cream will also be available in a low-fat dietary version.

Such an analogue of cream can be stored in its packaging at 20 degrees for up to six months, at 30 degrees – up to three, at 38 – up to one.
